Excellent location, every thing is nearby. Staff are super welcoming and useful and talk excellent English. You will discover activities every evening and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s pretty small. Great quality for the price!

Fantastic location, almost everything is few steps. Employees are tremendous pleasant and handy and talk wonderful English. You can find activities every night and it´s a great way to socializing with people today. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every single day. This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff members at the reception were available at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Very awesome hotel and wonderful area. Surely will advise Hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya!

I have stayed for 5 days with my fiance. Beds were comfy and the room was usually clean. Staff members were being extremely handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large and the closet. The bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
