I have stayed for 4 days with my husband. Beds were big enough and the space was always pretty clean. Staff members have been quite useful and welcoming and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was good. Not a really social hotel at least during our stay.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights for holidays to exploring the city. Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu is located in a really central position, it’s thoroughly clean plus the beds are very cozy! There is just one detail I’d personally recommend heading forward and that’s to supply extra hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Over-all, We were very happy with this choice and would certainly recommend it to everyone looking to head over to Palu.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff at the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were being usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Quite good hotel and fantastic area. Unquestionably will suggest this hotel!
