Hotel Kapok – Forbidden City

If you are travelling to Beijing you have to reserve at Hotel Kapok – Forbidden City. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. In general everything was professional and friendly.

Excellent place, everything is close by. Staff are tremendous friendly and helpful and talk great English. There are activities every evening and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s really small. Excellent value for the money!

I have stayed for three days with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the space was normally clean. The employees were very handy and pleasant and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was great. Not an exceptionally social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff members in the reception were there at any hours. The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Really pleasant hotel and great location. Undoubtedly suggest this hotel!
