The service was fantastic, all the things quite new, every one of the team incredibly attentive and helpful. In the dining space almost everything was tasty, good quality and very handle with care.

Pretty pleasant and clean hotel. The placement is excellent, precisely what we were looking for. Beds were really comfy. There wasn’t a lot of the social environment but it´s superior for a full night relaxation. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely come once again for my upcoming visit to Hakone.
