I have stayed for 7 nights with my fiance. Beds were being cozy and the room was normally clean. The personnel were being incredibly useful and friendly and always made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was good. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel on the reception were available at every hours. The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Pretty nice hotel and wonderful location. I Definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice and clean place. The area where is located is excellent, precisely what we wanted. Beds were being extremely comfortable. There wasn’t a great deal about the social environment but it´s great for an entire night relaxation. I loved my days here enormously and will most likely come yet again for my upcoming visit to Almaty.
